Hallways of hotel are very dark, and very dirty. Elevator is nasty dirty. Walls and flooring, and has a very bad smell. Noticed the laundry room on the way to the elevator, that one of the washers obviously didn't work, as it way turned around backwards, and unplugged. Made it to the room, and found the microwave oven randomly sitting unplugged on a table, and the TV unplugged laying on the screen, the window wide open, and the A/C on, not blowing cold, and the room had a very bad smell. The front desk moved us to a suite, and the smell was wort than the original room, the carpet in the hallways, and rooms appeared to have had cattle headed through them!! Do not stay here, this property is in very big financial trouble!

They advertise restaurant & bar, & they have neither. After checking in, I realized there was no soap. On my way out, I told the front desk that I needed soap. The next morning I had no soap, and the maid said that they don't have any. The phone receiver was glued to the phone, so no wakeup available. The was no clock, the drawers were stuck together, so I couldn't unpack. There was no pastries in the lobby in the morning, and I was told they were out. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The room was dirty and that when you walk on the floor after taking a shower, your feet change color also I had to have someone come up and unclog. The sink in the bathtub was a super slow drain so I think it’s plugged up too the meds that were working cleaning the room for wonderful they did a great job But in the future, I won’t stay there need some updating lots of update in.

Parking was easy. Our bathtub drained super slow (took a half hour for tub to empty after a shower). Missing remote to tv. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Neighbors had a dog that barked all night. You can’t help that. We were just too exhausted to complain about the dog and the tub. It would help to have a handicap safety bar by the toilet, you have one for the shower. We were so happy for a clean room and comfy bed and friendly staff. A/C was perfect-super quiet.

Only issue was cards getting demagnetized. Other than that booking a stay prior to the holiday was seamless and such a stress reliever. The stay over all was comfortable and appreciated.

The wallpaper in the room were peeling. Maid service did not change the bed. Did not leave soap to take a bath. Dirty towels and wash rags. Carpet in the room was filthy.And in the hallways. Screens to the windows were broken, laying on the side of the window. Will never stay there again.And I advise anybody else that reads this review the same.
