"Just came back from this hotel and highly disappointed. My room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. Staff was not helpful with directions/ services available on site. Not all restaurants are included in the all inclusive dining which was not clear when booking. Would not recommend"

"We had a great time at this hotel. Gemma the Guest Experience Manager was particularly helpful in making our stay extra magical. The food was really nice, good facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony!"

"I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working."
