Great welcome by front desk staff. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a city view suite. Room was very spacious and clean with a great view over the city towards The Shard. Only stayed the 1 night but Park Plaza made us very welcome. We will stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the location is convenient for central London. Breakfast was ok, but once again I saw a solo traveller come back to an allocated table, where someone else had been seated while she was at the buffet - it's uncomfortable for all.

Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries.
