Restaurants could not handle the large holiday weekend crowds. We were Ignored totally at the Sea Glass. Had to leave the resort to have our best meal (Solemar)

The staff was wonderful. The resort itself was just ok. There are only 3 restaurants to choose from, and they book up very quickly. The buffet is very good though. The Coral at Atlantis
Room was nice and clean. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was super convenient. Staff were super friendly and quick to accommodate any needs. The view was beautiful. Spacious rooms to accommodate a cot which was super comfortable.

The Reef at Atlantis
My main issue the entire stay was the room. My shower and toilet did not work properly the entire time for my stay, maintenance came 3 times trying to fix the issue and did not. Not being able to shower and have the toilet sound like it was overflowing was not ideal
