"Everything was great. Rooms were very nice, updated and clean. Close proximity to the harbor and very convenient. Staff was very friendly snf helpful. Only upset in the vist is that the pool was out of order when we happened to be there, and that was one of the reasons that we had selected this hotel, as the kids were looking forward to swimming. But, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Would have been nice if they had notified us to let us know that that ammenity was out of order. We would definitely use this hotel again!"

"Although there was a line to checkin, I wasn't a inconvenient. The refreshing lemon-lime cucumber water kept me cool & hydrated. Rose, the front desk clerk, was incredibly accommodating with my last minute request. Despite the busy lobby, she took the time to explain the amenities, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Rose recommendations, I knew the best times to visit the pool & the best time to gre a bite to eat at the Market or Rest. I an enjoyable stay & will recommend the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor to family and friends "
