A very nice hotel, situated very convenient for walking, shopping, dining of going to the beach. Very good isolated (you do not hear noise from the street). A very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing i missed is a coffie/tea facilities in my room (but may be it's no so important for everyone). Loved my stay in Alicante!

Handy location.

Very nice hotel centrally located and opposite the fascinating market. The bus from the airport stops right across the road which is really useful. Could not control the heating/air conditioning in the room, so had to have the window open all night which meant I could hear the street noise and neighbours talking until the early hours.

Fifth time we have stayed at The Lucentum. The staff on reception, in the dining room and housekeepers have been excellent - helpful and welcoming. The airport C6 bus drops off and picks up at the bus stop opposite the hotel which is so convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is very central for shopping, museums and beach which is just 10/15 minutes walk away. Surrounded by many choices for eating out.

An excellent hotel in a lovely part of the city. Very clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and clean . A mini fridge was very good and a free safe was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgable.

Everything Perfect

I enjoyed my stay so much I didn’t want to leave. The room was soundproof so had the best sleep after an early morning flight and the breakfast was delicious. Right in the centre of Alicante opposite the Mercado Central market, this hotel is a recommended place to stay. Thank you all xx

I had a very pleasant two-night stay at Eurostars Lucentum during a brief weekend break from Friday night to Sunday morning. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Pros: • Excellent Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access most of the city’s sightseeing highlights. • Convenient Airport Access: I used bus C6 from the airport, which dropped me off directly opposite the hotel—a very convenient option. I also took the same bus back to the airport. • Spacious & Well-Equipped Room: My room was quite spacious and had all the essential amenities, including a small fridge, which was a nice touch. • High Standard of Cleanliness: The room was cleaned to a very high standard, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. • Efficient Check-in & Helpful Staff: The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I also had an issue with the room safe due to a dead battery, but the staff promptly fixed it the next morning. Cons: • Lack of a Kettle: It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks. • Noise Levels: The rooms are not very soundproof, and it could get quite noisy at night. • No Bar in the Reception Area: A bar in the lobby would have been a great addition for guests looking to relax with a drink.
