Loud family with 5 kids running upstairs at all hours day and night. The hotel staff refused to remedy the situation until I wrote to corporate directly. The manager gave me partial refund but it did nothing for the loss of sleep and headaches of dealing with this issue. Most of the staff members were untrained, unprofessional and excessively rude. One girl in particular should have been fired after threatening me and the management team did nothing. Cheap hotel with below average service. Furniture in the room was worn and torn everywhere. Spend your money elsewhere!

My Go-To place to stay when going to Disneyland!

Clean room, room was already cooled down with the AC on when we arrived. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchenette is perfect! It has a full sized refrigerator, and in-freezer ice maker, coffee pot, dishes, pans, silverware, and a dishwasher. They even have salt and pepper packets for you! Bathroom is well appointed with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and extra paper products. The beds are comfy. Some pillows are firm some are soft. They have free washer and dryer available. They also have a self-serve store in the lobby. The pool area has 4 BBQ grills, lawn chairs, a small pool, and a nice indoor lounge with a restroom and a TV. Parking is only $15 a day. Lyft rides are easy to get for going to the parks. It's about $10 each way, with tip. DoorDash delivers right to your hotel room door as does Wal-Mart. I love staying here and will definitely return!

Wrong room…at first

We booked a 2 bed for my son and I two months in advance but when we arrived they told us they were sold out of 2 beds and we were given a 1 bed for our 6 night stay. They did allow us to change starting the 2nd night at least. Otherwise, the room and location met our needs for visiting the parks.
