Room was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. The main lobby has A LOT going on and feels like you’re in Las Vegas. There are often lines for the elevators so add some time when coming or going. Be aware they will hold a $300 deposit on your credit card when checking in and parking is $46 per day (with taxes).

First room: a big cockroach roamed in the bathroom next to our toothbrush and cups when I saw it. When I talked to the manager, he is pretty ignorant and took it as: oh I’m sorry for the inconvenience and it’s just ONE cockroach. You can switch room if you want. And we will give you some credit to spend within Hilton. Refund? No! I’m pretty much shocked by his attitude. I haven’t seen any cockroach in a hotel that cost over $200 per night. And i certainly don’t want to spend more credit in this hotel. So I switched to another room, this room has broken handles on bathroom door. Face tissue box was empty and when I asked for a replacement, answer is no we don’t have it. And in middle of my shower, only find out the hair conditioner is also an empty box. I didn’t call or complain anymore because I already knew the answer. Hilton marketed itself as a high end hotel but from this experience, it’s rotten inside.

The room was fantastic! the only super minor thing I didn't like was the door opening and basically having to go into the bathroom to get to the room since, the door opens inward. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. The restaurants, especially the pizza place and shops were fantastic as well. I will for sure be back whenever I go to DisneyLand!

Clean rooms and awesome staff and pool area was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

I would never stay here again. This hotel charged my card without disclosing what the extra fees would be upon checkout time. They claimed it was for charging to the room and I never charged a single item to my room. Now I’m fighting to get my money back after they charged me for entire stay twice over after I checked out and was first reimbursed. The staff is not helpful and does not assist when needed.
