You and your loved ones will be only three blocks from the Alyeska Resort. This means easy access to hiking trails in the summertime, while winter guests will enjoy skiing and snowboarding on the nearby slopes. You'll also have easy access to shops and restaurants in the village at the bottom of the mountain.

Back at the chateau, you'll have a private hot tub to keep you warm and amazing views courtesy of the deck. Up to two dogs may join you in the fresh air for a small, nightly fee. Inside is a warm, well-appointed living area and a fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
