The room condition let it down , everything in the bathroom was falling apart, toilet seat broken , shower head broken, tissue holder broken , list goes on. The walls need painting to with scuff marks everywhere, it doesn’t meet the “3*” standards . I come to Antwerp few times a month, this will be my last stay here , Very Disappointing. On the other hand The hotel staff were friendly and Welcoming, trying their best to keep costumer experience at the standard advertised but we can’t blame them for the conditions of the hotel , it’s the management that need to sort out the mess.

perfectly adequate

Location is good - walkable from the central station and to the centre of town Bed was amazing - huge and comfortable. Room not too hot. Staff friendly. Free mini-bar a huge plus. But it would have been nice to have been able to make tea/coffee in our room instead of having to go down 3 floors to reception and find a machine. Wifi was slow and unreliable. Soundproofing between rooms not good - could hear people walking above us and being very amorous next to us. Perhaps because of this the volume on the television was capped at a very low level and we could barely hear it. I realise these are all very first world problems and a bit petty but they were also a bit annoying.

An A OK Hotel

Too far away from city centre and the room we were given was a double and not a twin. Room too warm and the window didn't open we had to get it unlocked to let air into it. The minibar claim is a joke, in the double room there was 1 beer,1 orange fizzy drink and 4 small bottles of water Didn't take breakfast as when we looked what you got was not worth 15 euro's. Nicer Hotels near Central station and Astridplien.

Prima hotel als je voornamelijk in de stad bent

Prima hotel waar je goed kan verblijven als je voornamelijk in de stad moet zijn omdat het hotel eigenlijk geen faciliteiten heeft. De bar grenst aan de receptie (niet echt gezellig) maar hebben wel een leuk lounge gedeelte. Het is een modern hotel maar als ze meer faciliteiten zouden hebben zou ik zeker terug komen. (zwembad/fitness etc.) Onze kamer had alleen een aantal gebreken maar omdat we in het weekend verbleven, konden deze niet direct opgelost worden: raam kon niet dicht/klink badkamer los) Dit was jammer.

Weekend Kerstmarkt

We hadden 3 kamers aan de voorkant met 's nachts verkeer dat door bleef razen. Douche in bad onhandig, vieze vloerbedekking. Barman niet vriendelijk en personeel bij in en uitchecken ook niet. Werd niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was geweest,niet echt gast vriendelijk. Parkeerplaats vinden is ook moeilijk en parkeerplaats in hotel garage kost € 20 p.n.

Familie weekend

We hadden 3 kamers en sliepen aan de voorkant. Vanwege de herrie de hele nacht door razende auto's hebben we niet of nauwelijks geslapen. Barman was niet vriendelijk en bij het uitchecken werd ook niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was geweest. Ook een parkeerplaats was moeilijk te vinden , in parkeergarage van het hotel kost dit € 20 per nacht. Erg duur voor hotelgasten als je wat langer verblijft.
