Séjour à Argelès-sur-Mer

Bon séjour dans une maison bien conçue, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Cependant, il est nécessaire de revoir la propreté des éléments de la cuisine. Il serait bon d'installer une patère dans la salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée et de fixer la lunette de la cuvette du WC, instable, qui ne tient que d'un côté. J'ai dû réclamer mon chèque de caution une semaine après notre départ, car il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux contradictoire, ni à l'arrivée, ni avant le départ. Mis à part ces détails matériels, qui ont leur importance, je souligne que séjourner dans cette maison est très agréable et que la région est toujours aussi belle.

Conforme aux photos

Maison conforme aux photos. Bonne localisation, proche de tout et dans un quartier calme. Parc de jeux pour enfants juste a côté de la maison. Petit bémol: très proche de la voie ferrée et on entend les trains. Maison bien équipée mais certaines choses auraient tout de même besoin d'etre changées (brosse WC très limite, balai cassé, pelle cassée, pinces a linge peu nombreuses et cassées...). Pour les personnes avec bébé il y a tout le necessaire (chaise haute, baignoire, lit parapluie...). Par contre, même si nous savions qu'il n'y avait pas de clim dans la maison, il est dommage de ne pas laisser a disposition des ventilateurs dans les chambres car les nuits ont été compliquées avec la chaleur du mois d'aout. Jardin qui aurait pu être agreable mais malheureusement la pelouse n'etait pas entretenue et les mauvaises herbes assez hautes. Nous l'avons signalé à l'agence immobilière à l'arrivée mais rien n'a été fait pendant les 2 semaines où nous sommes restés dans la maison, c'est bien regrettable. Les animaux sont acceptés et la maison est bien clôturée. Aucune difficulté de stationnement.

Maison agréable, calme et bien située.

Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre. Le confort intérieur est très bien mais il manque clairement une climatisation des chambres pour que ce soit parfait. L'extérieur laisse à désirer,, pas de transats, sinon 2 en acier qui pèsent des tonnes à déplacer et des assises répugnantes. La toile qui protège la terrasse est d'un autre temps. Elle bat au vent et fuit comme 1 passoire. Quelques efforts du propriétaire qui encaisse des loyers conséquents seraient les bienvenus. Sinon, la maison est bien située et très au calme
