The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, in the town centre. Asciano, 200 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 15,000 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest track (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the locality (20 km).
