The property was very nice! Loved the balcony and views. Good location to the hard rock casino and Ceasers! The surroundings and boardwalk in that area were a little sketchy didn’t feel too safe to just walk around but seems to be the new normal now a days in tourist area.

The room was very nice. It was clean and close to everything in Atlantic City. My only gripe was the mattress but it was comfy enough for a few nights stay. I definitely would recommend this play especially if you’re traveling with children.

I liked the convience. U coukd walk to beach, casinos. Nearby places to eat. The new elevator systems slows traffic dwn tremendously. Waitung for elevators the old fashion way was better. This is time consuming. I get wat they were trying ti do tho. Jacuzzi is small. Appreciate no kids hrs. Dont like the parking rate either. Butvthe activities all though want in hotel for they offer a few.

The bed was uncomfortable and the patio was filthy and had not been cleaned. The elevator set up was a pain as you had to select your floor and then redirected to a designated elevator to use. Not very functional IMO. Felt like a Timeshare because that’s what it was. It was ok but just ok.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Kept us informed of all the activities going on and check in on us to make sure we had every thing we needed. The only downside, which only would have helped us, is that 2 king beds didn't work for us. I think putting 2 double beds in one of the bedrooms would work better. Other than that, our stay was great. Will stay there again.

I love staying here. No casinos and I love that. We go out to the nightlife every night. Then come back to peace and quiet. During our stay, we took advantage of the movie theater, and watched a movie one night ( showing the new Mission Impossible) which was very nice. We got in the hot tube, and although it was a little cool out, we were still able to go swimming, because the hotel has an indoor pool. Lots to do and walking distance to to the boardwalk. Oh, and you get a full kitchen and living room. Great place!

The parking situation, including lack of instruction prior to arrival is atrocious. Additionally, the security guards are just rude, speaking at the guests instead of speaking to them. Not a fan of your elevators either; maybe it’s more efficient but it’s equally annoying. I will not be staying again.
