"I stayed here a few years ago, when it was a hotel full of character and history and original features. Now nearly all of those are gone, and the hotel is sterile, featureless and cheap looking. The bed was comfy and the shower was new, but there were no toiletries, and not even an armchair in the room, even though there was plenty of space for one. It just feels so sad that such a gorgeous exterior is betrayed by such tragic internal decoration."

Food and drink were top notch. Room was spacious and comfortable and to finish, walking around the grounds, especially as the Silverstone racetrack is nearby was very enjoyable..."
