food very good , well presented. To be expected there are many stone steps which are no problem if your joints are ok. Country views abound. People from around the area use this hotel restaurant and so you would think it to be quite noisy, but it is in fact very quiet. Our room was basic but the price reflected that. Yes- a nice stay.

The Castle - Edgehill

Pros: It's situation we had reason to want to be near Radway.
Cons: Sort out the wall light as above.
Location: Edgehill is a very small Hamlet, I understand it's possible to walk down the hill across the fields to Radway.
This small hotel has fantastic views down towards Radway and across the valley towards the distance hills. The rooms are comfortable and facility's are good, a good range of choice on the menu, and the staff very helpful and friendly. A minor problem for me was that our room - Sir Joseph Astley was that at night the light from outside shone through both arches directly onto our bed, and whilst this did not bother my husband I found it difficult to settle to sleep. And the coffee machine in the bar and at breakfast was not working, however we were able to enjoy tea with a very good breakfast.
