Lovely stay

Great stay! The hotel was around 2.5km outside of Chipping Norton, which was approx 30 mins walk. Room was nice, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. We had the most budget room type and it was great, just no view as we were on the ground floor looking onto the car park.

We booked a standard double but the pictures did not match the room. Room given was small and not worth the money paid. The room matched pictures of their economy double on their website. Spoke to staff who said they need to update the pictures. We were unhappy with the room and were placed in a superior double which was a lovely experience. Lots of parking and drivable distance to chipping Norton.

The bar shuts earlier than advertised but otherwise it’s fine. The food is of reasonable quality but the price point is very high for that quality.

Hotel was perfect location for our stay. Room big enough comfortable bed and great shower. Room furniture looks out dated and old but it’s a wardrobe and chest of draws at the end of the day. Coffee on side table bit cramped could of done with a dressing table.

A brilliantly situated hotel and spa.

A really lovely place. We were greeted by the lovely Milena and the helpful team at the reception. We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms are we were suitably impressed.
