Nice apartment in the heart of Poble Sec, close to Plaza España.
Perfect place to visit Barcelona. The apartment is on the 3rd floor
without elevator.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with
oven, washing machine, microwave, and everything needed for cooking.

It has a living room with wifi and television, and a bathroom with
shower and hairdryer.

There is one A/C split in the living room.

The building has no elevator.

Please note before booking:

• Towels, sheets, and toilet paper replacement are not included.

• Baby cot:

Price: €30 per booking. Not guaranteed — must be requested 24–48h in
advance and provided if available.

• Extra guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10
per night.

• Late check-in:

-Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result in
immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.

• No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene, a
€500 fine will apply.

Guest Interaction

Check-in is done in person. The check-in agent’s contact will be shared
a few days before arrival to coordinate the meeting time.

An online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb
chat 4 days before arrival.

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It can be paid upon
arrival by card or in cash.

Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00. Both sets of keys must be left
inside the apartment, on the living room table.
