Fabulous & nicely decorated two-bedroom apartment. It is located a few
minutes from the Sants Station, with easy access to all transport. The
apartment is fully equipped so our clients can relax and enjoy at home
away from home

The space

Bright 67 m² Tourist Apartment on Creu Coberta

Enjoy a comfortable and central stay in this 67 m² tourist apartment,
located on the lively Creu Coberta Street. We have 2 additional
apartments in the same building, ideal for larger groups or families
traveling together.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a
fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. The
living-dining area is bright and opens onto a balcony. It also includes
air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, ensuring
comfort year-round.

The building has an elevator, but to reach it, you must climb 12 steps,
an important detail to note.

The location is unbeatable: surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and
services, on a street full of life and very well connected to the rest
of the city. Perfect for those who want to experience Barcelona like a
local.

A comfortable, modern, and well-located apartment, ideal for families,
couples, or groups of friends who want to explore the city from a
vibrant and convenient neighborhood.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in any of the rooms of the flat, including the
balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

authentic neighborhood atmosphere. Walking along the street, you’ll
find local shops, cafés, and restaurants that reflect the daily life of
Barcelonians.

For architecture and history enthusiasts, the Sants neighborhood
provides quick access to iconic sites via public transport, such as
Camp Nou, the FC Barcelona stadium, a must-see for football fans. It is
also close to Montjuïc, where you can enjoy museums, gardens, panoramic
viewpoints, and the Olympic Stadium.

The center of Barcelona, including the Gothic Quarter, El Born, Las
Ramblas, and the cathedral, is a short metro or bus ride away, allowing

Convenient BCN-Sants Apartment

A fresh looking, generously sized and well furnished apartment with lots of natural light. New appliances and HVAC work well. Each bedroom has an alcove for an added bonus! Stairs are required to use the elevator. Location is excellent! The unit is a little under stocked for a long stay. But, stores to suit one’s needs are right there. We would stay here again!
