The apartment has an iron, wifi, hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (cold/heat) and tv. In the independent ceramic hob kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.This apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, the Eixample Dret. This neighbourhood is home to an architectural marvel that attracts millions of tourists, more than 4 million a year. Indeed, and as the neighbourhood's own name suggests, we are talking about the Sagrada Familia. One could spend hours talking about the work that would mark the beginning of Catalan modernism in 1882.The Right of the Eixample is not only the most central area of Barcelona, but also the heart of Catalan Modernism; one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in terms of heritage, if not the most attractive. It is the area most frequented by tourists with Catalonia Square as its epicentre and its visible attraction in buildings such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa de les Punxes, Casa Lleó i Morera, Palau Robert, Block of Discord... It is a neighbourhood of living culture and architecture, a spectacle that highlights the grandeur of its constructions and therefore offers an unrivalled gastronomic, leisure and cultural variety.Please note that the air conditioning is located only in the living room.Please take into account the following important information before booking:- It is a second floor without a lift- Towel replacement, bed sheets, and toilet paper are not included.- Travel cot/Travel cot:Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it- Each additional guest not included in the booking will have a charge of 10 € per night.- Late arrival:- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply. - SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was very convenient if visiting the Sagrada Famillia or surrounding area. It was nice having three separate bedrooms and all bed were comfortable. There were some things that we felt needed addressed. The shower doesn’t drain properly and fills to the point it will overflow very quickly, within about 2 min. The front door is not very secure and we felt uneasy about sleeping at night and how secure our belongings were while away. The dinning table has only small folding chairs and the coach will set three people so not much room for setting around as a family. The coffee table in front of the couch is a wire basket with a 12” round piece of wood on top and not very stable. Overall the place was clean but could certainly use some maintenance and cosmetic updates before I’d book here again.
