Located in a quiet neighborhood in Sugarloaf, surrounded by beautiful pine trees. This cozy cabin is great for those looking to be just outside the hustle and bustle! Close walk to the National forest and local parks. Just a short drive to town to enjoy the lake, the Village, slopes, Alpine Zoo, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,100+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a TV, a beautiful wood burning rock fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom, and TV. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, and TV. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax in the sauna or near the cozy wood burning rock fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hand crafted outdoor furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious front or back deck with a fully fenced yard! Outdoor activities include horseshoe pit, jungle gym, and darts.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property and the house has a ton of potential but needs some TLC. The sinks were dirty, pillow cases and towels needed to be washed. Cups in the pantry were dirty and dishes were limited for an 8 person cabin.
