no direct contact with hotel for changes,

stay was good. food was good, service was good. Unfortunately there was no way to contact the hotel directly to let them know i was arriving a day later than planned, or to change the room as i no longer needed the accessible room. On the booking website it would only allow me to change the room/dates at a cost, and phoning the hotel put me through to head office who told me to go through the booking site.

Average stay with poor service and food

Staff are nice but service times are dreadful I order pie and mash meal in the restaurant and took over an hour, in the mean time another guest walked in, order starter and main and had finished before my food came. Other guests had similar problems Food wasn’t great either but no apology for the wait or anything, my colleague who I met here paid £200 for the night and the service is now where near that level of price
