Comfortable nights sleep, a bit dissatisfied to find maintenance works going on all along the corridor of my room however think this was mainly because I wasn’t advised prior as it didn’t affect me to much, WiFi ok, good location and breakfast ok for the money

Great little hotel but internet is rubbish

To be fair, this is actually a nice little hotel and it’s very reasonably priced for a city centre (ish) hotel. Clean comfy rooms and bed, bar area is nice and it has a pool table. Food is average as it’s just quick easy food but it’s satisfactory. Only issue I had was with the internet. It’s terrible and I couldn’t do my work in the evening. I did an internet speed test multiple times over 2 days and I was getting 0.1mb at times and maximum was 3mb. It’s 2025 and it’s city centre, I very much doubt any internet provider these days have such slow speeds. However staff said it was working when it clearly wasn’t but it never got fixed. If this was fixed I would happily stay again but for business stays this is not acceptable.

Nice little break.

Booked 2 nights at the ibis. Great location, close to the city center but are not bothered by the noise as it's away from the main center. Bed was comfortable, room had Aircon. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Ample parking. Will definitely stay again.

The Ibis was superb. The staff were friendly and really helpful at all times. The room was great and the walk-in shower was the most powerful I've known. The breakfast was very good value and I would stay there again!!

Nice place, 1 piece of advice.

Nice staff and service: nice rooms, great power shower. Only advice would be to check your doors on leaving some didn’t close fully so you needed to wait and pull in firmly. First night I came back to it being open so take note.

If you are looking for a value-for-money place to stay, this hotel is fine. The "restaurant" is a rather limited bar menu, and my room was not perfectly appointed, but the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Room appeared clean enough but had a musty smell. Carpet was dirty and even though the bed linen looked clean they had a smell. They weren’t fresh. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable and there wasn’t a mattress just a topper on the bed.

It was very disappointing I love Ibis but I have to say this is the worse by far the plug didn’t work in our room we reported it and wasn’t even offered another room and when you played music on the tv in the room you had to turn off the tv from the back before we left the hotel we went to pay for our dog but they let us off that part of the bill which was good but that was the only good thing about it
