We had to switch rooms twice because one had a window that wouldn't shut, and the other's heating didn't work. During the first switch the staff member was apologetic and offered something to compensate as well asking if we needed help with our luggage. However, during the second, there was no acknowledgement that we had been inconvenienced a second time nor was there offer to help move our luggage - we had to move all our luggage across the hotel at midnight ourselves.

Heating in the room would not kick in in the morning. Turned it off overnight but it was so cold, the duvet was rubbish and hollow in the middle. Beds not comfy and pillows very small. Not an enjoyable stay at all, I’d probably rate it one lower than a premier inn
