Welcome to acreage living at its finest location in Blind Bay. Room to roam with 150 feet of waterfront, large dock with boat wips and 1 bouy to secure your boat. Pristine setting on the southern shore of the Shuswap lake, Blind Bay, for a well-deserved Shuswap vacation.
We offer a beautiful home with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a beautiful office, 2 acres of land, large deck with stunning views of the Shuswap lake.
This property offers partial fenced yard for children and a pet. Fire pit in the yard or on the beach (following fire regulations), private 150 feet beachfront, steps away with dark and buoy. Also a party dock right in front, equipped with a slide and picnic table. Boat launch is only two minutes away. A families paradise.
Short short five minute walk brings you to a public beach with designated swim area and picnic tables, to enjoy another location. They offer swimming lessons during the month of August, if you were looking for a fun activity for your children at the lake.

Ample parking in the yard. If you would like your extra family to come join you, there is another spot for RV parking with water and power for an extra $75 a night.

Golf lover, you’re in luck! Shuswap Lake Estates golf course is 3.2 km up the road for your enjoyment.

Village Grocer is 2 km away, offering groceries, gas station and liquor store.
