Everything was perfect: room, service, experience. Breakfast is a little lackluster and unremarkable for a luxury hotel — disappointing. had we known that Contessa was such a scene for brunch, we would have made other plans… but we didn’t, and were stuck with the continental. A bit of a sad breakfast…

One of the worst hotel apartments and team not friendly at all . Plus for force majeure case cause of death case at our family and we left earlier they refused to refund our second stay although advised them and they reject to take consideration although not peak period !!

The Newbury is always amazing. The front desk and the bartenders at both bars are my favorites in all of Boston. They make every business trip a fun experience. Location can't be beat!

Great service! Very personable. They go out of their way to make conversation and offer assistance always. The room was nice. Good size. Great view. The halways were a bit tired.
