No water pressure in my room. Almost impossible for a shower. Dinner in the bar was not good. Order was screwed up, starter was forgotten altogether. It took a long time to get a simple drink. The lighting in my suite was atrocious, switching poorly executed, lights much too bright. Overall rather disappointing.

Very friendly staff. Amazing location. The room was perfect. Didn’t go to Contessa, but we ran into the Chef in the elevator and he was super fun and courteous. The bar is cool, we ate there a couple nights. We had a very pleasant Thanksgiving week there. Festive and lively hotel. There’s Tatte around the corner and every store you can think of within walking distance. Looking forward to our next stay!

Breakfast is a little lackluster and unremarkable for a luxury hotel — disappointing. had we known that Contessa was such a scene for brunch, we would have made other plans… but we didn’t, and were stuck with the continental.
