Not good kerb appeal, looks grubby from the outside. On a very busy road towards Bristol airport. Check in area could be made more noticeable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, although no one was sure of checkout time (website and confirmation different) Rooms were basic but warm and adequate. Good service for evening meal. Cooked breakfast was nice and hot, not alot of selection for a cold breakfast. Disappointed that a man was allowed to walk the whole length of the pub while breakfast was being served with sanitary bins. Plenty of doors nearer the toilets, he should be told to use them in future.
