The house was very clean. Wish we were provided with the correct WiFi. Even after asking for it, we did not receive the correct password. The driveway was very narrow, so we had to park on the street. House was near to everything! We enjoyed our stay.

Not Worth the Price – Poorly Maintained Property Despite Great ViewWe traveled 6 hours expecting to settle in and relax, but that didn’t happen. As soon as we arrived, we had to spend the first hour cleaning. The house was very dirty — we had to clean the fridge, floors, bathroom, and stove ourselves before we could even unpack.The Wi-Fi password provided did not work. As an IT professional, I restarted the modem/router multiple times with no success. We ended up using our own mobile hotspots for internet access.The beds in the second bedroom are unstable, with loose support frames that appear to be temporarily propped up. The dining setup is inadequate — there are only 4 kitchen chairs and 2 barstools. If the listing says the home accommodates 10 people, there should be seating for at least 8 at the table.The driveway is narrow, uneven, and unsafe. Instead of repairing it properly, there are just two pieces of plywood laid down, which is a safety concern. The steps leading down to the road have broken pavers and are also dangerous.The lookout deck is dirty and has only one chair, making it feel neglected and uninviting.VRBO should seriously inspect this property in person. The view is nice, but the condition of the house does not match the listing or justify the price. We would not stay here again.

Very beautiful house

House was beautiful and great location. Missing trash bags for the can and laundry in the machine. My car was broken into in the driveway but other than those few items- we loved the lay out and the number of beds

This property had a bit of storm damage, but the rental agent - I wish I could remember her name- was super helpful and very quick to respond. We stayed in another property they had available which was fantastic. Both properties were well maintained and clean. The rental agent was extremely attentive. I would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Amazing value North Chattanooga/North Shore property

Historic house with great layout for multifamily or multigenerational stay in a fantastic location, easily walkable to Northshore shops and activities. Forget something at the grocery? No problem, as Publix is two blocks away. Sure the driveway is steep but it's par for course for the neighborhood and actually not as bad as some neighbors. I will definitely be staying her again and suggesting for family stays as well.

Chattanooga aquarium getaway

Was close to everything in downtown Chattanooga neighborhood was good a lot of remodeling of the older homes the homeless large enough for all of us we enjoyed our stay. I'll let a couple things. We needed. We didn't have a baking sheet some kitchen towels and washing cloths desperately needs. From road steps repaired. And the driveway redone was a challenge parking in the driveway very steep and narrow. The home was nice clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed our weekend.

Worked for us—family of 4

This 3 bedroom house worked well for our family of 4. Two teenage kids had their own rooms, which is important at this age! The AC worked great and kept us cool throughout the night. TVs in each room were an added plus that evening. The cleanliness could have been a little better; garbage cans were completely full in the kitchen with prior guests’ trash and the refrigerator was a little dirty.

Not as it appears on the listing at all!!

LOTS AND LOTS OF ISSUES! When you rent from a place you expect a certain level of cleaniness and appearance, this place didnt meet any of that at all. When we first pulled up the trash out front of the house was overflowing, and the grass needed mowing. Then the driveway is very narrow, and is in TERRIBLE condition. I hit my CRV on the drive way in and took my friend over 30 minutes to get out of the driveway because of how narrow and bad it was!! Walking into the house, the dryer vent was broken outside the back patio filled with lint, the house needs a deep cleaning. We found OLD DOG POOP under one of the beds, linens were stained, showers had mold in them, fridge and freezer was not cleaned before getting there, there was a cigarette burn on the couch and you could smell smoke towards the front of the house. The ONLY thing that this place has going for it, is the location.

Fantastic Home

The home was perfect for our short vacation to Chat. It was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the North Shore District. The beds were super comfy and we just felt right at home the minute we walked in. We will be coming back to the area next year and this will be where we look at first. There were zero issues and the Hosts were fantastic about answering any questions that we had!
