Lem's Paradise #2 on Lake Huron

Lake Huron efficiency which sleeps 4. This was remodeled a few years ago and has WIFI and A/C. It is located on 5 acres with over 300 feet of frontage on Lake Huron.

This super clean and newly remodeled efficiency is located on a 5 acre lot on the beautiful shore of Lake Huron. It has stunning views of Mackinac Island and the Mackinac Bridge. Lem's Paradise #2 is a refurbished motel that sits on 5 acres along with Lem's Paradise, Little Lem's and the Million Dollar View Cottage. They share the property and 330 feet of frontage on Lake Huron. You can rent any of them separately or together if you need extra space for a large family gathering. (There are beds for a total of 18) All bedding, linens, dishes, etc. are included. Our guests love the views and the peacefulness of the property. Guests will have access to the apartment as well as the 5 acres and 335 feet of frontage on Lake Huron. There are picnic tables, a deck, a charcoal grill and fire pit for guests to use.

*We have opted to offer Damage Insurance at the cost of $55 for your stay in lieu of a refundable security deposit. It will be listed under fees as "Damage Insurance".

*WILDLIFE DISCLAIMER*

Coming to beautiful Northern Michigan includes the possibility of wildlife encounters. We have midges, spiders, mosquitos, occasionally black flies and an assortment of other insects. We spray regularly to keep them at a manageble level but we also don't want to damage the fragile ecosystem here. Note that where there is water, there will be spiders. They are very industrious and can build back a knocked down web within a day!
They are also great for controlling mosquitos and wasps, which we appreciate.

We treasure the wildness of the North and perhaps that is what attracts you.

Consider yourself lucky if you catch a glimpse of any of our other wild neighbors - black bear, wolves, deer, elk, coyote, fox, bobcats, porcupine, skunks, raccoons, eagles, hawks, squirrels, chipmunks and mice as well as a massive variety of birds.

We ask you to consider this before booking one of our cottages or cabins.

The presence of wildlife is part of the experience here and does not warrant a refund.
