When we arrived at O'Hare, we telephoned for shuttle service to the hotel. The desk clerk had a problem connecting to our phone and the call was ended. A person standing next to us at the platform directed us to the shuttle bus. Shirley the driver was a great help.

The room was clean but all the furniture was outdated and stained. The beds were very small but comfortable. We had the pizza from Uno which is in the hotel and it was Amazing,!!!

Staff was great. Shuttle was convenient. The drivers were great and friendly. Ms.Shirley was the best. She was very helpful and talkative. The room was nice, and spacious. The carpet had a dog smell and could use and update. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient but did not eat there. There is an Aldi and Dollar Tree located directly behind the hotel. Less then a minute walk if you forget something. The breakfast was ok, could've used some cheese for the eggs. The pillows were heaven and the bed so soft. I would definitely stay again when i visit. Convenient to the airport as well.

The pull out couch looks to had mold on it, the mattress was torn, the cushions on the couch were torn. I informed the staff when they finally brought up the crib that was asked for. I thought she was coming back but never did.

This property needs to be renovated! In defense of the property the front desk manager stated that he had good news as it is to begin renovations in December. They are starting with the restaurant, then ballroom then hotel.

Staff were very friendly. The pizza was amazing and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Very fast did not have to wait long upon returning to the air port to get shuttle service back to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, well tended, the two women who took care of the guests were wonderful. Please put the tip cub IN the buffet room not on the bar. It is easy to miss and guests want to say thank you with a good tip.
