Stay 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or the bed made. We were gone all day and service did not even come to take garbage. I expect more from. Bonvoy property. Staff are not very welcoming. Breakfast advertised as buffet but it is not.

There was no free breakfast even though it was announced as one of the amenities, apparently that exactly day they change it to buffet. but they didn't offer any solution to the price we paid with the included breakfast.

Shuttle service was fabulous. Check in was easy... Coffee machine and a few tea bags in room... NO cups. Toilets are too low for older folks, hard to get off the pot. Food in restaurant extra greasy and unfortunately there on night of a lot of very loud obnoxious guests... had to take meal to room. Beds very comfortable.
