Please do not lock the house key inside the home when you check out. Kindly return it to the same spot in the garage as found.If the key is locked inside, a $200 locksmith fee will unfortunately apply
We will charge delayed access fees for every minute after 10am that the cleaner/ property manager are unable to access the building due to guest inability to check out on time.
If an incoming guest cancels their reservation due to late check out, we will charge the out-going guest full amount of the canceled booking plus penalty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My friends and I stayed at this Vrbo over the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and easy to find. The owner was also very thorough with communication, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and enjoyable.Our only concern was the neighbor behind the property frequently blocking the alleyway while working on cars, which made it difficult to access the garage at times. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for its comfort and great setup.

Beautiful house but poorly furnished

The house itself is nice and modern but the house was poorly furnished. One three seater couch in the whole house. The beds are not comfortable and one bed had just a box spring.

Cute and Clean!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The place smells great! Everything is new! We will definitely book again!
