Tight parking

The only complaint that we had was that the parking lot was so tight. The people that parked on either side of our vehicle were so close that we had to climb through the back to get to the drivers seat. I don’t know how they got out of their vehicles.

It was good until….

Pretty nice hotel. Pretty good size rooms. Nice front desk staff. However they assured me they would have housekeeping clean our room and they did not. Coffee maker in room is broken.

Had a reservation here, but the area was not great. We parked in front of the hotel and decided not to even get out of the car. The inside might be amazing. We had an event at the United Center, which is very close, but would not have made the walk, especially at night. Chose a nicer area instead.

I stayed here for a concert at the United Center and loved it. Very convenient location within walking distance to the arena. It's also a short walk to little Italy for some good eats. The breakfast was tasty and hit the spot.
