I never made it to the hotel because the shuttle never came. I was only booking this hotel for my layover to save money and take a shower but the shuttle never arrived after 5 calls and lies from Muhammad. I asked him to cancel and give refund because it wasn’t worth getting an uber and spending 3 hrs there. Still no response from hotel management on this. Sucks!!

I was told there was a restaurant next-door. There was not. Nobody knew where there was a restaurant.. Had to wait 20 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. No ice in fridge. AC did not work, window. AC was almost inaccessible had to get a service guy to turn it on.. They charge you $150 security deposit which won’t be returned until seven days later,

Great amenities and excellent staff.

The staff was excellent and the only complaint I have is the noise from the freezer which awakened me several times in the night. I told the desk clerk when I checked out and assured me they will check on it immediately. You can’t help but like the staff who will see to it that others won’t have that issue.
