Simply Sonesta @ chicago O hair has the best hotel service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I also recently visited simply Sonesta in Pittsburgh and I had the same great experience They offer five star customer service. at a 3 star hotel . The room was clean, extremely efficient. They accommodated all of my needs, and if I ever called the desk and asked for anything they quickly accommodated my needs. Simply Sonesta hotel has become my home away from home when I am working out of town out of state.! Thank u so much ! I appreciate you and your wonderful hospitality!

The damage deposit of $150 was a little steep. I was nervous getting off the elevator because the hall window was broken and covered with cardboard. But my room was clean and quiet, and parking was free. Kitchenette was nice. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.
