I was calling the hotel from the airport to ask for the shuttle service. The person from sonesta that took my call had an unfortunately impossible to understand thick indian accent. I had to ask about 6 times something like "sorry, could you say that again?" Until I noticed his frustration. I was getting a bit frustrated myself because I didnt know how to get the shuttle service. Eventually I just hung-up and walked to talk to the people around what I figured were the shuttles and figured it out, but it was a very uncomfortable experience.

If it weren’t so far from where I needed to be, I would easily stay here for all of my trips. It had everything I needed including a gym and full sized refrigerator and parking was amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Airport shuttle took over 45 minutes to arrive, and that was after 4 calls to the hotel. Room is sufficiently clean but there was a used towel left in the bathroom. There are very limited/no places to eat or buy food nearby. Workout room is pretty good and location near O'hare is convenient
