Good stay

Good hotel for a stop over. Comfy bed average facilities but for a budget hotel it did the job! Staff were beyond lovely

Positives: bedding, one of our main priorities was crispy clean and comfortable. Towels also clean. Negatives: tap wouldn’t turn off in vanity in the bathroom. Tap next door squealed through the pipes each time their plumbing was used. Fridge very loud and clicked in and out all night. Air conditioner atrocious. Filters totally blocked. Once air conditioner turned on it stunk the room out, needing us to open the window for clean air but let in loud main road traffic noise to try to sleep to. Car park lined bays too narrow to allow getting kids or luggage out of car. Dent Central. Carpet in foyer and stairs were stained and grotty

Well, it’s cheap. Someone else’s food was left in the fridge, bathroom door could be forced to close, cold water tap couldn’t be turned on…or off. Shower didn’t drain to floor drain but just lay in the centre of the bathroom. But it’s cheap, and the aircon worked well.

Clean linen but dirty rooms and hallways- bins over flowing with rubbish. Unapproachable person on the front desk- appeared very annoyed by questions about the site and it's amenities.

Was all good value and no surprises, only suggestion is the wifi, my work computer advised it was not a secure connection. As many people would stay here for work purposes (maybe) suggest improving this so any work issues can be dealt with confidently

Overall a great experience, a bit noisy of a night but that is to be expected with a full hotel and a long weekend. Breakfast was great, friendly staff, room was cosy! Will definitely stay again, for anyone who just wants a safe place to sleep on a budget This is a great venue!
