First let me start by saying the property management company was great. They responded very fast to any text messages I sent. My husband and I didn’t spend a whole lot of time there, we were here for a HS graduation so we spent most of our time away site seeing with family. Good things: The kitchen has everything you would need to cook (which we did not), has a BBQ on the patio (which we didn’t use). The bed was comfortable and clean, there are electric blinds which was really nice to keep the morning light out. The water in the shower is OMG hot! The couch was comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioners, flat iron and blow dryer(I brought my own so unsure how well they work). Oscillating fan in the bedroom. Bad things: the floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed. I had to remove a clump of hair the first night in the bath tub for it to drain (gross). The bathroom corners had a lot of dirt and hair. The BIGGEST issue for me was. The weather was amazing and we couldn’t open any windows because there are NO SCREENS on any of them. 2 nights it was pretty warm (didn’t have air conditioning) and it would have been amazing to be able to open the windows to get some fresh air! The property management did text me and apologized for it being warm and the air conditioner wasn’t installed. You can HEAR EVERYTHING from the renters upstairs. The kid running Indy 500 and EVERY noise the bed and the couple making at night. For the location was great.

The location of this cute home was so convenient. Great communication with the host! Will definitely stay again if we're ever back in Scappoose.
