In a quiet area on the outskirts of the urban center of Conil but well located to go to both Conil and Roche beach. Villa Bonita is a 2-bedroom holiday home with a private pool.
It is located near the famous Calas de Roche, in an environment of pine forests that invites you to disconnect. The center of Conil is about 7 kilometers away.
DecorDecorated in a modern style, with functional furniture, simple but well cared for and with all the details of a home in which to feel comfortable.Distribution
Dining roomVery cozy, it is located at the entrance of the house, and consists of a fireplace, sofa, smart tv and a dining table with 4 chairs.
The independent kitchenis fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and small appliances. There are kitchenware, crockery and cutlery for all the occupants of the house.
BedroomsTwo bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Sheets and blankets are included in the rent. It should be noted that the bedrooms are extremely quiet.
