"The staff at the breakfast was amazing. Sonia was so sweet and kind. Everything was good. The reception staff was so sweet. They gave us amazing restaurant tips as well. One thing to note it would be helpful to have a welcome pamphlet with the amenities and times. Also more virgin beverages during the evening snack time. After 5 PM it was hard to get items from the welcome desk. It would be more beneficial to have a few more staff members available to deliver needed items to the rooms.
