The property was incredibly comfortable and an easy 3 minute drive to the beach. Beautiful views and the property manager was very responsive. I gave it one less star because they charge per night for the cleaning service even though they only come once after check out. Overall a great stay

The house was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and two pups. Our adult children worked daily during our stay at the roomy table. They enjoyed the beautiful view of the coastline. The kitchen was adequate for simple meals. Dillon beach is quiet and very dog friendly. We were all happy with the house and the location.

We have stayed here before and absolutely love both times! We love lounging as a family on the comfy couch. And love working on a puzzle with views at the table. Exploring nearby towns is excellent too..and the beach!

Agua La Vista - Dillon Beach Getaway

Beautiful home with incredible ocean views. The home was furnished in a cool coastal vibe. Very comfortable rooms with vintage tiled bathrooms. Great for a family. Need to bring all your groceries and a full tank of gasoline as Petaluma is about 30 minutes away. The local store was cute, but expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the new deck setup. Definately a plus! The driveway could fit 3 cars but it was narrow. It is an HOA property but we didn't have any issues as described in the welcome manual. The welcome manual was very complete but an overwhelming size for a vacation rental. It would be better as a secondary and something simpler weasy-to-use basic check-in/ checkout procedures and more engaging format.This home did have drawbacks as there were some maintenance issues that I hope the management company/ owners can correct. This property needs a checkup as its a wood structure at the ocean.The limit on towels, bath products, and paper goods was surprising for the pricepoint.Overall,we had a great stay and we would rent this property again. .

Nice weekend getaway

We had a great time in Dillon Beach for a weekend. The house was clean and comfortable, with bowls, gates, and a bed for our dog. We didn't utilize the deck as much as I'd hoped since it is only accessed through the front door and not off the living area, but it was lovely all the same. Only complaint was that it would have been nice to have had some complimentary soaps in the shower and extra towels given the amount we paid for the rental.

Family of four spent a few days at the home. The property is clean and well laid out, the kitchen has everything you need and there are great views to the sea. Dillon Beach is dog friendly and our pup had a great time. We would book this home again.

Wonderful Beach Home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home for 11 nights. We went in the spa once if not twice a day. We enjoyed their view, location, and ocean air. The living room is great for everyone to relax in together. The dining room comfortably fit our family. The beds were large and comfortable. We loved to drive 20ish min. to go to the family run Tomales General Store for their reasonably priced well stocked items (sometimes even getting a gourmet cookie from the checkout area). The farm stand a walking distance away from store had the best blueberries I've ever eaten. We had a drive to get BBQ oysters and visit the lighthouse in Point Reyes. (If you go, later check out the movie The Fog that was filmed there.) We also did a day trip to Napa (Mustards Grill and Del Dotto Winery were AMAZING!). If I were to suggest improvements it would be more frequent spa check ups when families stay a long time, fix the wine refrigerator that's there but not working, fix the deck fire table which starter wouldn't work, improve the entry as there was a pile of construction dirt and not the best stairs to the spa before the deck, the punch code door and door key don't work well together, provide one beach towel for each occupant and two bath towels per occupant per week, and the silverware and glassware could use an upgrade. It's super nice to relax in a house that has everything set and ready to go. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Great house! Great location!

The house is in a fantastic location. The views are incredible! There seems to be a new beautiful huge patio but sadly the wind ruined it for me as it was far too windy to even sit outside. Still loved it though since I could stay inside and enjoy the view. Loved the fireplace. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only things I personally missed was there was no salt or spatula. The beds were comfy. Great water pressure throughout. An adorable market at the bottom of the hill. Loved it all!
