"We received an upgrade on arrival. The staff were polite and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious ans had all that we needed. The Kyoto garden wa svery pleasant.
Restaurant food was excellent though expensive, possibly making use of a captive clientele as local food outlets are limited.
The hotel is dated and in need of a refurb, hence the lower price. Definitely not the standard expected from Hilton.
Hotel is 2 streets from Skid Row, which is an area that should be avoided if you would like to feel safe whilst out and about."
