Can’t go wrong on the palm? You can if you book here!! Really poor front desk customer service and absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel.
Hotel rooms are tired, really needs a refurb, even the sign on the front is half lit.
It’s allllll the way round the palm to expect a 15-20 min drive after getting onto the palm, and near lots of construction (Jan 2026) the pool area is nice but just not enough space; people reserving the beds early but not using them and really think the hotel needs to crack down on that.
Breakfast was okay. Lots of variety but again people waiting for tables to become available because there’s just not enough space for all the guests… not even peak season!
We paid extra for the sea view and it was lovely, balcony not clean though, chairs sticky and glass very dirty. Simply not a 5 star.
If you are hoping to have a luxury palm experience, avoid this one, you could get a LOT better for less mainland, and if you’re dead set on the palm, I’d go somewhere else.
Make sure you have your passport to check in (unless you have UAE ID) it says it in very very small print Ts&Cs and doesn’t give you that info on the check in information. So we waited for our passports to be couriered and we didn’t even get offered a coffee in the meantime. Was absolutely our fault for not reading the small print but when I say other luxury hotels would have really looked after you… this one was rude and left us in the lobby for 3 hours sat with bags…
