Always been my summer hotel in Dubai Spacious styled rooms Pool is amazing with the pods and cabanas Beach was quiet and clean they got many activities I tries the jet ski it was awesome Food was great in room also in pool Staff is a bonus in the hotel helpful staff every where Valet people House keeping Reception fast check in and out Laundry service is the best in Dubai Concierge people received my online orders and delivered to my room Everey thing is near the hotel mall hotels restaurants supermarket barbers Got a late check which they rarely do But thanks I stayed 10 nights in September 8 night in May And I'm coming back again

The Palm W is a really nice hotel, from food to staff to facilities. We had a great time at the hotel, my only issue is the foul smell once you step out of the elevator on the 1st floor, I have no clue if its damp, mold or just because its artificial land. It really bothered me considering it was such a nice hotel overall. To the W, please fix this its something we cant miss when we come in.

I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet. which also small choices of food. also when you ask something, you have to ask few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. stayed at Jw Marriott the week before and finish my trip 3 days at the W palm. what a difference in food, customer service and rooms. big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff.

Great Hotel

Fantastic hotel! Great staff on reception and very friendly and helpful. Food is good with plenty options. Pool area is great with walking access onto the beach. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Very courteous staff… quiet and beautifully. This place is so amazing that you actually don’t have to leave the premises. From breakfast to dining to clubbing and everything in between, you can do all at this place. We will definitely be back the next time in Dubai and will highly recommend to everyone. Every thing was great, room,food,cleanliness,it’s was great stay. On the other hand the hotel sent me a review request, so I shared some points and comments in good faith, but the reply from the (Director of Quality Assurance) was inappropriate and offensive, and I also felt somewhat insulted. I will not book again because of his unsuitable response it was only a review not Complaint i think he should not sent me an e-mail to respond to a review!!
