Located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a residential building in the city center, just 500 meters from the main street, Corso Roma , where you can find all kinds of venues: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and various types of shops. Just 5 minutes away are the most renowned beaches of Baia Verde, home to the heart of the Salento nightlife.
The apartment is very bright, surrounded by a balcony and a sea-view terrace. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking area. The sleeping area includes one air-conditioned double/twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower box (no bidet). In the living room, there is a sofa bed (1.5 places).
Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are available for guests.

The nearest beach, characterized by smooth, easily accessible rocks, is about 500 meters away on foot, while continuing for about 1 km leads you to Gallipoli’s most famous sandy coastline, including beaches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo .
N.B.: The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and check-in/check-out.
