This one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation home sits along the oceanfront, offering sweeping blue ocean views from nearly every room. Enjoy the excellent location for whale watching, listening to the sea lions below, or hot tubbing with an ocean view - perfect for a couple's getaway. Don't forget to bring your furry four-legged companion; this home is dog-friendly!

Large windows and glass doors brightly light the common living space, providing breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, an ice maker, a coffee maker, and complimentary coffee pods. When dinner is ready to be served, sit at the dining table with seating for four. DirecTV and a DVD player are provided for family entertainment.

Step out onto the back balcony and fire up the BBQ. Lounge chairs are arranged facing the Pacific Ocean. Dine, drink, and unwind outside while watching a sunset turn the sky gorgeous shades of pink and gold. Be sure to take a dip in the private hot tub out here as well for ultimate relaxation while you hear the waves pound below.

The driveway leads to this home alongside another home. These are separate houses; you may have neighbors in the other home during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
