The home benefits from a great open floor plan with high ceilings and a combination living/dining room perfect for the relaxed Florida lifestyle. The open-plan kitchen has a closet pantry, located at the center of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with the following necessities: Microwave, Fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, In complement to the kitchen, there is a family dining table that accommodates 6 persons along with a comfortable sofa in the living room where you can relax at the comfort of your Smart Screen TV.

The Primary suite has views out to the covered lanai and pool area, a King bed with a Smart TV, a walk-in closet (with a safe), a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom benefiting from an upgraded vanity and pool access.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed, a Smart screen TV with an ensuite bathroom.
The two twin bedrooms with smart TV and closet, share the third bathroom which also contains a bath with shower.

There are 2 other bedrooms and a family bathroom with a Tub/shower as well as a second Master Suite with an ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo).

The pool area is accessed via sliding doors from the family room and the Primary Suite. There is a wonderful, covered area for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors all year round. The pool is heated, and an above-ground freestanding HOT TUB compliments it perfectly for relaxing in the evenings after a day at the attractions or a round of golf. The deck has a good-sized area for laying in the sun and catching the rays or relaxing with friends!

There is a games room in the garage where there is a pool table and football table. The garage also contains two bicycles for guest use. The washing machine and dryer are also situated in the garage.

Park Place is a tree-lined street in one of Central Florida's most popular golf course communities.
