The property was first built around 1820 for a tobacco factory and was later used as a department store and private residence. With great attention to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special features and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us. The 31 m² apartment on the 2nd floor is open-plan and ideal for 1-2 people. In the bright living and dining area with exposed ceiling beams, the fully equipped kitchenette invites you to cook and a small counter with two bar stools invites you to have a cozy chat. In the living room there are two comfortable single armchairs and a Smart TV - cozy evenings are guaranteed here. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the sleeping area offer a beautiful view of the inner courtyard.
