The luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a spacious lounge with a plush couch create a haven of indulgence. Perfectly located near MONA, shops, and services for an unforgettable stay.



This high-quality home offers a spacious and modern layout with a luxurious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite. The large lounge includes a comfortable couch for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry provides everything needed for dining in. A separate study nook adds convenience, and the sunny yard and deck offer stunning water views. Guests have exclusive access to the top floor, including the deck and driveway. The garage is locked and not accessible.



There is a privately rented studio located on the lower level with separate access via the right-hand side, down the ramp. The tenant occupying the studio is renovating the backyard, visible from your deck. To respect their privacy, we kindly ask guests not to access the studio or backyard during their stay.
