4 super cozy bedrooms (3 king beds and 1 queen beds)

The master bedroom (with the indigo trim and a couch, two green sofa chairs and an office space) enjoys a lot of privacy being kinda separated from the other 3 bedrooms. When you enter through the mudroom, if you go straight you’ll pass the washer and dryer and then enter the master bedroom ; if you turn left you’ll step into the kitchen and living and then the other 3 bedrooms with the 2nd bath kinda hugged in between the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms have door handle that locks from inside to ensure privacy.

The living room offers a peaceful ambiance, plenty of seating for friends/family and a large Smart TV.
Three large and powerful oscillating fans and one small table fan available in the closets for those who like extra moving of air.

- Guest have NO Access to the back yard. Outdoor space is restricted to the front of the house and the driveway on the right of the house when you face the house. And there is NO outdoor space to sit or have activities in. (The driveway on the left side is reserved for the resident in an added unit in the back of the house with separate entrance)

- Guest has access to the entire interior space including the two front doors and the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms EXCLUDING the garage.

Fantastic family trip

We spent the weekend doing World’s of Fun and a Royals game. We made several meals in Paige’s well appointed kitchen and even got to watch our OKC Thunder win in the living room without having to stream from our phones. Thank you for our perfect stay!

AAU Basketball Weekend

We booked this property a week before being in town for my son's AAU basketball tournament in Overland Park. There was lack of 2 bed hotels in the area, or if available over 300/night! Myself, son, and parents stayed here and it was beyond perfect! Tons of space, big comfortable beds, very clean, beautifully decorated, and house had everything. Paige was quick to respond with any questions. If need to stay in area again, definitely will seek out this property. Highly recommend for families in traveling to the area.
