We are ON THE WATER! You won't need to cross the street or walk through acres of land to get your feet wet. The weather is warm (it's 85 all day every day,) skies are sunny & the drinks are cold! If you're looking for an unpopulated spot within a 15-minute drive of dining, shopping & nightlife, we're it!

You'll love staying in our one bedroom Condo A3. (Sleeps 2.) The bedroom boasts a plush King bed with sumptuous bedding, a SmartTV & light-blocking window coverings for late sleepers. Is this a sisters or best friends trip? The comfortable sleeper sofa opens into a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for those who wish to sleep separately.

The private lanai has beautiful garden/peek-a-boo views. We have both bright morning sun & cooler, shaded afternoons/evenings. The NEW Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool & comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room - including bath and kitchen - provide air movement as well.

We completely remodeled down to the studs in May 2022. We have all new furniture & window coverings throughout. Tile flooring will keep your feet cool. Our photos are up-to-date and show accurate views of the condo and property. Our nightly rate is an incredible value for being an oceanfront property, where the beach and ocean are mere steps away.

You'll find beach towels, a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs & an umbrella in the bedroom closet. Take with you on the days you venture off property to check out more of Maui's gorgeous beaches!

Starter incidentals include a roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of TP, dish soap, trash can liners, dishwasher soap & some spices/oils. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets with you, along with your favorite hair products. Hair dryer provided. Plan accordingly if more items are needed.

Kihei Sands sits directly on Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, & stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet from the patio! Our patio & lawn areas are idyllic. Spend each morning with freshly brewed coffee - served by 7:00 am. Evenings, watch a spectacular sunset while you grill dinner & sip an adult beverage.

You'll love watching canoe races in the early mornings. For the adventurous, paddle with one of the clubs. Rent an SUP & paddle in our serene & calm morning waters. Grab the boogie boards & go for some wave action when the trade winds arrive in the afternoon.

Our unique complex offers a private crystal-clear mosaic tiled oceanfront pool, a patio with umbrella-covered dining tables, two gas BBQs, plenty of lounge chairs on the grassy lawn for your use & enjoyment, & an outdoor shower - all with amazing views.

Hungry when you arrive? Head to Dina's Sandwitches, a little tavern located right next door. Their sandwiches & salads are outstanding! There are numerous dining & grocery shopping options within 3 miles of Kihei Sands if you arrive on island before your condo is ready.

The jacaranda trees start blooming in April, along with many other flowering trees. You've never seen anything like it when everything is in bloom! Explore Upcountry for breathtaking views and stop at Kula Bistro for a meal (BYOB!) or Kula Lodge for a meal & shopping.

Our mid-island location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer - a great place to start in any direction your adventuring may take you. An abundance of dining options ranging from casual to upscale & fine dining awaits you in So. Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia, all short drives from us.
