Beach Front Fun!

Front roll view of an amazing beach! At ground level! Worth the daily collection of kayaks, paddle boats, swimmers, SCUBA, and Surfers hit the waves. Different vibe from La Jolly yet close enough to visit that too. Great selection of shops, restaurants in a 4 block street, home to many different yet unique The hotel is a classic, and a great part of our stay in the San Diego!

Hidden gem

Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The hotel itself is a bit of a throwback, but don't let that fool you. The staff are really great and unpretentious, but dedicated to making your stay memorable. Location is excellent, right on the beach essentially. Walking distance to the small downtown of La Jolla Shores, which has several restaurants and bars and a couple of markets. We'd definitely stay again.
