Very strict with 4pm check in! When we finally got our very expensive lake view room the a/c did not work. They moved us to the only (or so they said) room available which had no lake view and after going back and forth only offered $100 credit. The rooms are thin as cardboard and we had a stomper above us. Would not stay here again.

This was for our honeymoon, and our room was stunning! Loved the bathroom and balcony we had, and the gas fireplace. It was so comfortable! We were right across from the lake and had views of the lake. The location is perfect, a short walk from the center of town, and tons to do! Staff was very nice, we also loved the onsite complimentary shuttle.

The gym definitely needs some attention. One treadmill won’t turn on the other one pieces are falling off. We had maintenance guys in there one day trying to get the air conditioners turned on. There was one waited ball that was cut open but still sitting in the stand.
